Returns & Exchanges Policy

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges:

We will require clear photographic evidence of the defect or error. Once we validate the issue, we will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund, at our discretion.

  3. Damaged Items during Shipping: We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may require photographic evidence of the damage. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement product or offering a refund.

  4. Size and Color Discrepancies: We make every effort to accurately display product images and provide detailed size and color information on our website. However, please note that there may be slight variations in color due to monitor settings and individual product dye lots. Similarly, sizing discrepancies may occur, especially with garment products.
